Designed after the necklace from "Portrait of a Young Venetian Woman" by Albrecht Dürer (1505)
Dürer reached Venice in late autumn of 1505 and stayed there for a year and a half. The Young Venetian Woman is accepted as his first work completed there. The depicted necklace is the basis for a jewellery set consisting of a necklace, bracelet, pendant and earrings.
