A Ptolemaic Queen's tomb at the transition from a Hellenistic to a Roman Imperial city
Ernst Rudolf & Peter Scherrer
The focus of the investigations of the authors is a late hellenistic mausoleum in the center of Ephesus with an unusual octagonal layout for this time. Parts of the mausoleum are shown in the Ephesus Museum in Vienna. Could it be the tomb of the Ptolemaic Queen Arsinoë IV who was murdered in Ephesus?
