Brueghel - Bouquet of Flowers in a Blue Vase
Scarf Size: 70x180 cm50% modal / 50% viscose, digitally printed
packed in a black gift box
A smooth scarf printed with flower details taken from the painting "Bouquet of Flowers in a Blue Vase" by Jan Brueghel the Elder (1568-1625).
Jan Brueghel the Elder was famous for his still lifes of flowers and his contemporaries said: “Brueghel painted things that cannot actually be painted.” The artist has disregarded the fact that the plants included in his painting flower at various times of the year. Here they all bloom at once, a situation other-wise found only in the “eternal spring” of paradise.
