Small Death

Terribly beautiful magnet printed with a picture of a pear wood carving by Hans Leinberger, a famous carver from Landshut. The "Small Death" was probably made for Emperor Maximilian I befor 1519 and is undoubtedly the most artistically significant exhibit from the Maximilian period in the Chamber of Art and Wonders at Ambras Castle.
