Your time slot ticket permits you to enter the exhibition at a certain time. Once you have entered the exhibition, you are free to remain as long as you please. Your valid admission ticket also entitles you to visit the rest of the museum before and after your visit to the exhibition during the opening hours of the other collections.

If you have booked a timeslot ticket, this determines the time for access to the special exhibition on the 1^st floor. Please allow for an appropriate lead time for dropping off your cloakroom and getting to the 1^st floor. We recommend arriving at the KHM 20 minutes before the start of the timeslot.

While purchasing your exhibition ticket Iron Men, you will be asked to choose a day and specific time for your visit.

Purchase the ticket in advance from our online shop in order to receive a mobile ticket to save in your phone wallet or a print@home ticket. Moreover, it is possible to purchase the ticket from our cash desks in front of and inside the museum. For last-minute visitors, it is possible to purchase the ticket even on the spot in front of the special exhibition.

Every visitor needs a time slot ticket. If you already own a ticket for admission to the Kunsthistorisches Museum, you can pick up your timeslot ticket at the cash desk (subject to availability). Holders of Annual Tickets, Friends of KHM Museumsverband and ICOM card holders will receive a time slot ticket free of charge at the cash desk (subject to availability). You can pre-book your time slot ticket online for a charge of € 3.

No admission fee to the museum is charged for young persons under 19 years of age. If they are accompanied by an adult holding an online ticket, young people do not need to queue at the cash desk for a separate ticket and will be registered at the entrance of the special exhibition. Young people without adult companion need a time slot ticket, children under 14 cannot enter without adult companion.

Take advantage of our "Knights at the Museum" offer and enjoy the special exhibition outside regular opening hours, including admission, guided tour and palate feast in the impressive cupola hall. Limited number of participants and dates!

School groups also require a time slot ticket.

Tickets for public general tours can be booked online and at the cash desks at the museum. The number of participants is limited.
