Your guide will be waiting for you directly at the entrance after ticket inspection.

Our museum is wheelchair accessible via the side entrance (Burgring 5). Please contact our concierge directly; they will be happy to call a member of staff to escort you directly into the museum. The building has two elevators that provide access to all floors. You can purchase your admission ticket at the ticket shop in the museum's entrance hall immediately upon arrival.

If you're visiting us as part of a guided tour, two accompanying adults per group are admitted free of charge. Each additional accompanying adult must pay the regular admission fee.

Please present your printed voucher at the group ticket counter in front of the museum on the day of your visit. You can pay for your tour directly before the tour begins. If you have agreed to pay by invoice in advance, you only need to provide the current number of participants at the ticket counter on the day of your tour. Your invoice will be sent to your billing address afterward.

Our maximum number of participants is 26 students or 25 adults. Any groups exceeding this limit will be split into two or more groups. This must be agreed upon during the booking process and cannot be done spontaneously on-site. If you have reserved two groups but the 25-person limit is exceeded due to cancellations before your tour, you can cancel the second group free of charge up to three days before your tour. In the event of cancellations on the day of the tour, the agreed amount must be paid.

We offer a separate student cloakroom for school groups, located on the mezzanine floor (0.5). You can obtain the key to the lockers and compartments at the information desk in the entrance hall. Please have an ID card ready, which you must leave at the information desk as a deposit for the key(s). In the corridor in front of the student cloakroom is our break area with benches – your students are welcome to refresh themselves here before or after the tour. Please note, however, that eating and drinking are only permitted here. Before leaving the museum, please return your key(s) to the information desk to retrieve your ID card.

Of course, you can also visit our museum with strollers. The building has two elevators that allow you to visit every floor. Restrooms with changing tables are located on the mezzanine floor (0.5).
